It often is the rule than the exception to do away with despair that plagued a society, a community, a nation and The Glob and often think of better days and work hard towards its realization. Such is the most common human aspiration filled with the optimism of a freer, more prosperous and more fraternal tomorrow and beyond. Humanity in its day to day activities has indeed and will always create a better tomorrow with some exceptional aberrant circumstances at some unusual places by some wicked individuals and groups. As unfortunate as it is, it is with in human nature to be wicked and ill intended few of the times in few places by few of us, though most of us are well intended and righteous by nature and by destiny. As much as we hate to make the truth a numbers game we can not escape the fact that the truth remains what is complimented by most than by few , as such the truth held by most remains and rules till such time that the truth held by the minority overturns the numbers game and when and if it did that truth ceases to hurt. These are the rules of the game humanity is playing by and is learning to play by. Thos who have not yet learned the rules of the game and are not even willing to learn diehard wicked are though doomed to fail , they could and are able to cause temporary despair, when and if they are accorded with power and capability. We have been and are an unfortunate witnesses too often and too many times at too many places such wickedness cast shadow on peoples aspirations, cause deprivation against peoples hope of prosperity, servitude against peoples struggle for freedom, enmity against peoples innate feeling and need for fraternity and homogeneity against the needs of people for diversity. Knowing the latter are the truth held by the majority of humanity if and when faced with degenerates & paranoid schizophrenics who counter these reality,

Despair no more!

Knowing in your heart of hearts and in your mind
that they will run out of air soon and perish
for theirs is an up hill battle while yours is down.
Despite your temporary defeat
In spite of your short term agony
Know negligence will engender retreat
And persistence to victory.
Let no might rule over your mind
Let it rule over your body if it may
If you do not let down your guard
You can rest assured you ‘l win one day.
You persevere you strive above all to be free
To join the club of human sister brother hood
To walk among equals in the parade of colorful pageantry
With southern, northern, western and estern
Dwellers of our beautiful world.
To walk like they walk to do like they do
To feel like they feel, to let the sky be your limit
To what you aspire to what you can do
To innovate, create and experiment.
When your over powered retreat and let the storm pass
When it is your turn to overpower take it with humility and prudence
When you are in retreat and in the face of your enemy’s advance
Despair no more,
but hope and be certainty of a better tomorrow
Despair no more for the overcast will clear
The sun for sure will shine hot and bright
The curse will be dispelled and the myth of power demystified
Secrets will be known and declassified
In the hope of certain better tomorrow take astride walk straight.
Let pessimistic desperados despair
Whose hay days were passed,
Who is up to loose the future,
Who is duty bound to destroy and are inept to repair,
Let them despair and despair no more.

What a memorable day it was|||

Equal justice for all and equal verdict by all juries and by all judges, that we have been told and believed was the idea and reality of our justice system if at all possible and whenever possible. So like many who pass their days in the courts all around this country and many others I too set out to contest a traffic ticket I believed lacked merit. All traffic offenders of all colors genders ages and creed jammed In to the room of high sealing where the overhead space normally is much more than the wall to wall space such that whatever comes out of that room seems and feels to come from above everybody ‘s head in the room. Amid the silence that feels the room, whenever someone speaks it seems and feels as though the truth that is above and beyond every one’s heads has forced him/her to. While I sat there waiting I contemplated as to how many could get away with lies and how many would be caught. To my surprise 99% that came to the court seem to say judge I have done it but excuse me, the rest of the 1% came to explain Not that they haven’t done it, but the standards by which they are accused are not right that there are aspects of practical life that the law did not address and the judge should. They felt it seemed that their peculiar and may be unusual circumstances under which they committed the felony should be taken in to account in the passage of verdict on them. On the one hand it makes one wonder why people who broke the law and knew they did come to the court to confess when they had an opportunity to pay their fine and save their time? Could it be that they changed their opinion of their guilt after they have come in to the courtroom? If they changed their opinion of their guilt after they came in to the courtroom, I wondered what it is that made them. To answer that it would take a research of its own thus I would not speculate on that, but just tell my experience and feeling as it happened. I sat there waiting my name to be called before I hear an officer after officer stood up and explain how he or she caught the gentile man or the lady speeding so many miles over so many miles on such and such a day at such and such time followed by how he checked his\her lesser gun calibration in the morning and how accurate it was: before I was awestruck by the accuracy the statement about the technical description of the test. I felt for a while this people don’t only wear uniforms, but they think uniformly too. I wonder if these gadgets that have become our everyday life extensions have not changed as in to their extended robotic masters. We have made it a habit of trusting them to do what we told them to do but also depending on what readings they give us and they do give us instantaneous readings of circumstances without due consideration of the subjective conditions that contributed to its formation. They have may be turned as in to subjective automatons that do not think, but only act on the very descript pieces of information that we are fed by this trusted brainless gadgets or at least lucking of human objectivity, that we have com e it love. Instantaneous readings are neither trends nor indicators of one’s behavior, but trends. Behaviors are the average sum of the total instantaneous highs and lows over a period or a distance and a condition over a time. if I may say nor are our speed limit indicator signs stretched along a continuous distance they are rather decrepitly spaced such that if one misses one, one could always see the next, but should one be penalized for what one does in between these indicators seems to expect no spikes and deep falls in life other than smooth straight line path contrary to reality and natures un evenness itself. Talking of un evenness it would rather make one totally hopeless and totally optimist at the different styles and different standards the different judges consider and apply in their ruling on similar and identical cases. While my optimism arose out of the knowledge that one’s case could go in the right direction or the left depending by which and what kind of judge preceded over it the fact that it could go left or right made me somewhat skeptical whether equal justice for all at all times by all judges is achieve able. However hard judges try to be correct and absolute, relativity creeps in to their sensitivities and out looks somehow, and it shows. I observed defendants stand before the judge tell their life story including their estrangement with their wife and many other in their plea for leniency and got it from one judge and did the same before another judge and got none what so ever. I thought may be one acted like nothing, but a legal technician and the other as a problem solver .May be just may be the law is there just to penalize those that fail to observe it or maybe it is there to solve social problem even if after a problem has arisen or if nothing else not to be an extension of an already pervasive situation. In general it was my observation to see the law when one judge look at it from inside out and the other from outside in and yet one from the past while the other from the future. Though I felt happy at the possibilities of two ways and vantage points the law is looked at and the existence of the two kinds of judges I felt sorry and my heart sank thinking at whose expense.

May be everything in this Universe is an eating machine

In the wonders, complexities and vastness of the universe and the knowledge that I gather, the experience in the revelations that I find in it, I am a child who have known anything yet .As such I act like a five year and a ten year whose inquisitive mind is untainted and unspoiled by social ills and interests. Whose main goal is the understanding of the mysterious ways of nature’s behavior and state of being? Some inquisitor may ask why the distinction between behavior and state of being? It is just that behavior is an active dynamic process while state of being is a relative static scenario otherwise both are states of dynamic transformations, and of course consuming and producing, eating and excreting. Here the old law of conservation of mass and energy can without any reservation is invoked though I am not certain whether it can be said about space likewise, because of the inconceivability of space without matter and matter without space. This afternoon I had the exhilaration of a life time watching fall lives dance blown by wind that blew against so many barriers and over so many terrains of different futures creating the most spectacular Performance unequaled by the most well choreographed stage act of our time. A Stage act though is a beauty in uniformity unlike the performance of the leaves whose beauty was in the specificity of each leaves movement under seemingly uniform condition. I felt for a few minutes as though I was looking at the flock of birds I have seen circle around, land and take off and fly away. The birds on

their way looking for food and the leaves on their way to decay and be fertilizers for the plants and the grass, never mind that there are other birds and animals that pray on the birds and other plants on the leaves. It is a Universe of prays and predators, every predator preyed upon, and every pray a Predator in a direct and a very visible manner and in very subtle ways, that Seems somehow the way the universe is set up. Contrary to all I have said above, there seems to be a movement to save everything and even resurrect the long passed and along with it all the conditions that had nurtured its survival and well being in attempt may be as impossible as going back in time. Thus far time travel have never been anything more than an abstract concept, although the “Resurrection of Noah's Ark” is a biological masterpiece and an achievement as Shiny as any, It still remains nothing more than equal to a discovery and restoration of an old historic relic that is going to be confined to the National zoos, just like the relics resting in the museums. “Noah's Ark” may leave again, but neither his prays nor his predators are the same or are alive at all, never mind the disappearance of micro and macro environment that were conducive for his lively hood then. Most are either preyed upon or perished due to lack of host to prey on. Cloning as much as it seems a solution to mortality is in fact not much better than freezing in a time capsule in some ways, because of its disregard or failure to account for all the changes that effect change of state in the first place, and when an effort have been made it is true that not all the necessary conditions are reversible and determinate. Life's continuity is dependent upon adaptation to and changing with the ever changing dynamic environment failure to adapt and change had been causes of extinction and still remains to be. The point here is that even the closest of “Noah's Ark” have changed so much and adapted to so many that “Noah's” come back may be is Like a loner in an alien land who have not much of luck to fill in the lost Gap to make it in his newly acquired life.
