It is an extension and continuation of the Neuron-biology of the self.
The native American Mythology of understanding the universe as a totally integrated and interdependent of all being, living and none living comes in handy and begs a further study and understanding as the Judeo-Christian Islamic faiths that undermine the importance and significance of everything else and put undue emphasis on the primacy of the human being is causing more and more hurt to itself as it does to others in its environment. The human being asserts its primacy and ultimacy in the perception of itself as the creation of God in His own image and everything else to its dominion, but God himself. This assertion more than anything else seems rather the first sin than the sin as claimed in the old testament of eating the forbidden apple. The sin of being in control and in dominion over everything else and doing away with and doing to as humanity pleases and serves humanity's immediate needs or even at times to ease short term human ills not withstanding humanity's ineptitude to account and quantify for all the variables that led to the formation and necessitated the particular relationship and existence of a natural element in time and space. One thing certain though is that nature and the "Grand Force "behind the formation of the universe and any smaller element had an undisputable purpose and need for it. These grand intricate , complex and infinite union of natural entities have long been understood by some "backward societies "that were not stricken by the savagery of modernism which had often asserted nothing is as important in the Universe as human self. This, funny enough seems a common character threat between all natural entities humans included. But there exists a qualitative difference between the knowledge and understanding of the self's primacy in and among the multitudes and the primacy of the only self among the infinite intertwined multitudes as the savagery of modernism tends to teach in the struggle and survival of the fittest. Contemporary fittest is only tomorrow's unfit and present day unfit contributes as much to the future's fittest. It is often out of the diversity of the past that current fit came about and the future out of the present diversity will emerge. In the highly dynamic and ever changing universal time in space and condition , being fit and unfit are as being at the right moment and time as they are being weak and internally and externally unfit. It have been proved time and again that out of the seemingly eternally unfit had emerged the most fit and out of the seemingly eternally fit had emerged the most unfit of all times in an apparent falsehood of trance dental assertion of being the fittest or the unfit. These historic precedents and the need to survive in the future as a species and the uncertainties as to who would be the most fit in the times ahead and the generations there after dictates a social awareness and a social identity, a mutual none exclusivity and intertwinedness of purpose and essence. What are the limits of this diversity? Environmental? special? in time? In size? Or amount? Is the modern language of mathematics capable of quantifying and qualifying them all now or in the foreseeable future? Or will any other known creation of human ingenuity do likewise ?
Every existence in the universe is a cluster of like and unlike entities in unity and struggle from the largest of universal bodies to the minutest known. Every entity is a self serving self aware and self preserving whole containing of yet smaller entities within it. While the smaller entities within the larger entity a social bunch bounded by the larger entity are forced in to these social awareness by the force that abound them together and hold them in position. While they can act and interact as individuals within the greater cluster of which they remain the comprising parts of the singularity of their encompassing cluster. These constitutions continue indefinitely up and down the size of all existence in the universe. If we breakdown the human body in to its individual parts we clearly observe and we have been told over and again that each part has its own identity and it acts in consort with many or all other parts to assert the well being and reality of the whole person. While the organ is a part of the whole person and the person a part of the family, the conglomeration and subdivision continues indefinitely on both ends. On each level of existence a social group abounded by a power and condition in space that they have to live together despite the unity and struggle, or transform and be transported to a whole different paradigm in a different form. As every member of the cluster is equally important to keep the clusters statuesque the absence of even one element of the sub cluster would have altered it altogether however small. Experience, experiment and intuition reaches that a cluster may hold despite altered cluster elements and sub elements, but as the changes continue that it reaches a critical point where the cluster could not hold and transformation and transportation to a different paradigm will simply happen at a tremendous cost and pain as the Universal birth and death itself. As this may be an inevitable final outcome of everything and anything universal it is the choice to delay this catastrophe and have the time to prepare for it or willingly hasten happening is our preoccupation. Our Glob is such a cluster containing of infinite entities of clusters and sub clusters that were and are of vital importance to the wholeness of it. Some even as they cause us ill still remain vital to the whole and to us simultaneously. Mother nature or the Grand consciousness or God has it seems a purpose in the existence of every large and minute entity and its existence and disappearance will have an impact on every other member of the grand cluster and it is no news that we have been depleting a lot of our fellow members that we are fast approaching the tipping point. The other day I could not help myself over hearing a conversation between groups of ladies and gentlemen about an individual’s visit to the southern part of the country and have had a special affinity for mosquitoes and insects of the kind from amongst many people. Our historic response to such an assault would have been eradicate, and we have indeed eradicated so much of what has been a Global member as bugs, insects wild animals birds and worms etc. In our march to freedom and hegemony and dominance we have eradicated, eradicated and eradicated only to be stricken with new and unknown afflictions like cancer, aids and many more. Defend, prevent adapt to and live along with have been absent from our modernist vocabulary. There are though such packets wisdom among the “backward” societies to site one, mentioning the Somalis of eastern Africa live in a land infested with the deadliest Malaria mosquitoes who have learned to t live within the mosquitoes infested area without being affected just by chewing a plant called Chat would suffice it as a prime example of adaptation and living and thriving in a hostile environment. Eradication would otherwise be the modern day alternative with a net loss of at least one less of the progenitors of that ecosystem and a greater venerability to the accidental re emergence of the supposedly eradicated. On the contrary the individual who never been exposed to these community members have obviously exposed himself to attack as he had most likely done to eradicate them than adapt or prevent them .Ironically one only begets what he gives . As I have tried to break the self in two parts in earlier writing in the “Neurobiology of the self” The Physical self and the conscious self , here again I would like to draw attention to the two distinctive aspects and how the conscious self relates to the pieces of story and narration I had here before. The conscious self which is also the social self is that that is aware of the environment it is in and understands both the dangers and promises of all it s compatriots in the closed system for and to the Physical self and itself to the rest, while the physical self knows that it is made and made according to the know how and knowledge (information ) there existed and it had to ; despite where ,why and how till such time that it’s inner equilibrium is disturbed to the point of un sustainability as any dynamic system would.

If one is trying to understand something it is often advice able to push it to the limits and fail than succeed by not trying at all. Although I have not seen success devoid of trial for even a lottery win takes the effort of buying a ticket, I used the hyperbolae to emphasize the degree of difficulty that is often associated with going to the frontiers of anything and come out successful. In my attempt to understand and make some headway in understanding of the subject I mentioned as my heading, but to be rattled, puzzled wondered and owed and these are the experiences that I set out to share. As hard as it is and it is also made as if by intent of those great masters of the subject to be hard and impregnable, it took a lot even to be rattled and puzzled leave alone be mastered by an outsider and a hobbyist of my kind. What I am about to impart in this piece may not stand up to the high standards of the establishment but it would be an unrestricted and unabated views of an amateur that I make no apologies for conceptual errors, but willing as always to correct mistakes and learn from new insights and additional imputes by anyone and everyone barnon. As in any frontier the field is both a gold mine and a mine field that ought be navigated with caution and care that a stumble may lead to a deep pit beyond recovery and a fall in an entanglement hard to escape. It is nonetheless an interesting endeavor that will entice and suck one with a force of a black hole. It is this suction force that often keeps one in orbit and always wandering about the subject and the flicker of light of knowing a bit of the grand mystery that makes one not to let it go off it and bask in the thrill and despair in the darkness of yet a greater mystery. As the Burdon of revealing and examining the frontiers of nature the Universe and overwhelmingly rests on the subjects of physics and Mathematics I read the “Trouble with physics” and wondered if the problems are of physics or of us the users and creators and implementers of the subject matter. The same goes to every tool. Language institution and mechanism we employ and assign the blame than take responsibility for our own ineptitude as it is often it, her, him, and them than it is me or us and it is understandable. As vast as the heading of this article is I have tried to turn some pages of some books as my lightning guides and sometimes led me to a complete darkness that I would not try get out of on my own and ask of all and every one to shed a quanta of light on so as together we might and surely illuminate my penumbra. It was not long enough that most of the known masters of physics and the rest of the scientific community basked in the single origin the big bang theory and struggled to know what and where and how this singularity exploded in to being what it is today and what it would possibly be tomorrow and all efforts are made to reconcile the data the experiment and the theory, I get awestruck reading “The Endless universe “and the new bran theory, the cyclic universe and the marvelous explanation of the phenomenon of extra dimension. I am sure everyone knows that the frontiers are as wide as the eye can see and the imagination can wonder not bounded at all by anything at all other than our own innate ability and I have had some few joules of energy and few angles of visual imagination yet to cover .Books like “The new time traveler “, The cosmic background” and “hiding behind the mirror” which are authored by the who is who of the field thus if in anything I am, about to write, if I misquote misunderstand or misrepresent any one of them I do from the outset take the responsibility of my ignorance and apologize and open myself to correction, criticism and suggestion. I have asked myself the question that may be asked by some people who read this article or writing, what is the purpose? As it is often hard, time consuming and needing some heavy lifting at times why bother and why go through the trouble? If everybody who had done anything at all had thought like that and come to a conclusion that it was somehow needless, it would not take a genius to figure out how impoverished humanity could have been. As silly and as microscopic as it might sound and look examining closely, our collective wisdom and knowhow reveals itself as a mere collection of microscopic individual conscious and unconscious contributions by way of letting personal encounters and experiences be known and propagated as little footnotes as they really are. Thus I too had no ulterior or other motive other than adding my microscopic footnote to the grand human experience and knowledge because I feel it counts microscopically. As I am after all I /10 billionth of humanity and I only count that much. It is no news to most who happen to have the slightest interest and follow the day today progress of science and discovery that the frontiers at the summit are immense in largeness and equally immensely minute in the physical sense of the words and yet of humongous importance in content and essence of the totality of what was , what is and what will be. It is the mystery that preceded, what is now and what may outlast everything and all in the Universe and the Universe itself that is encapsulated and outstretched at these summit points of interest. It had been and it had remained the human species’ preoccupation in an apparent search of everything’s and its beginning and the curiosity to know where it and all might end, to try to look in to the ends and reach varied conclusions depending on time and condition; and often reached a new summit conquering new frontiers from which yet another excursion begins. It is with this understanding that I deliberately chose the heading as I did instead of phrases like the final frontier, the end and the beginning, or mysteries of Nature and the Universe revealed etc. and I feel it is only appropriate. As impossible as it is to time travel backward as I understood from my reading of “The new time traveler” I would like to travel forward in time as I go back in the chronology of my discussions of the topics by the Authors in my earlier introduction. It was my understanding that forward time travel was possible without violating any of the laws of causality, because we can only alter the cause and change the effect. In that sense our consciousness is ahead of our physical reality and often do we preempt the cause and change the effect .It is rather true we are ahead in our imagination and consciousness of our physical reality that we time travel, even the fact that we are able to conceptualize time travel is in itself a time travel of quantum proportions as seen simplistically and in a linear form. It is of paramount importance to define what time itself is and internalize before even attempting to analyze any of its essence and manifestations. Time to me is the measure of rate of change. Time owes its credence and existence to natures and the universes inherent dynamism, a dynamism without which the Universe itself looses meaning and credence. In the very reality of this dynamism is the essence of change ingrained and the measure of this change and ever change is what is time. The dynamism of the Universe and realty presupposes the reality of it changing through space from the start and its reality to be a reality of change. If reality and the Universe itself are stripped of change they simply cease to exist or can’t be said if they do. There for prudence dictates that points in space where reality of the universe cease to change is considered, if there exists such points and established for an objective and realistic examination of time and all the rest of its attributes. In fact such time event horizons have been established beyond which the prevalence of change could not be established and the murky border between past present and future can’t be demarcated. At such points matter, space and time itself all loose the essence and meaning as we had known them in a complete breakdown of a sort. As the basic entity of matter that changes through space is a quanta of light along its own wavelength which changes at the speed of light establishing the basic meaningful change for which a past, present and future can be determined. Thus the number 10-43 (Planck epoch) bears a special meaning as a fraction of time interval beyond which past present and future loses essence, change ceases and along with it matter or reality loses viability, reality or the Universe without the built in dynamism(change )loses its essence and inter in to the realm of indeterminateness or unknown. It is clear though as I had asserted in my writing in “the selfish self “ there existed the information about the self upon which the self is constructed prior to the self , here too I can safely assume that there existed precedent and transcendent information upon which matter constructed itself from nothing or emerged from indeterminateness. At such a point (Planck Epoch) it seems rather all dimensions wrap or it is a point of the unwrapping of the wrapped up dimensions when two one dimensional Branes collide as in the endless universe model or matter explodes from a singularity as in the inflationary modeled Universe. The existence of this Grand or total transcendent precedent information does not in fact fall in to the wholes of predeterminism as it might look from the outset, rather an attestation to the great many or infinite choices and paths that could lead to the great many or even infinite predetermined ends with in the subset. As it sure seems in violation of Pauli’s uncertainty principle it in fact agrees with in that the only uncertainty that exist does so in all the phenomenon with in this predetermined grand totality while the grand total information upon which the universe constructed itself remains conserved. It seems to me then time is nothing but the measure of change of matter through space or matter through matter, matter in to matter, matter in to non matter or even non matter in to matter and an event is yet a relative change in a change under measurement.

It is refreshing to see that someone is in recognition of the interrelatedness and intricacies inherent in most of the subject matters and natural and not so natural phenomena and come up with an explanation and a brief summary of two otherwise incongruent subject matters of evolution and economics in an interrelated and more of a cause and effect correlation. It was not a long time ago that chemistry and physics were found to be two faces of a coin at the advent of the discovery of atomic and subatomic particles and the formulation of the laws of modern physics. May be from the outset nature and natural process were all along following and obeying the same fundamental and comprehensive rule .Or we were just busy in the per suet of individual part and pieces of the general rule governing the grand universal scheme of things we neglected to look at it in generalized ways and kept at it as deep till such time we are forced to look at the confluence of it with one or the other of fields of study to get to the crux of it all. It was not a long time ago that I wrote an article about the relationship between the material self and the conscious self and come up with a conclusion that the conscious self is all about the preservation of the material self. Economics is about the preservation of the material self and evolution is the process as the author has explained it eloquently. ” According to the economist Eric D.Bienhocker who published these calculations in his revelatory work ‘The origin of Wealth’ (Harvard Business school Press,2006), the explanation is to be found in complexity theory , Evolution and economics are not just analogous to each other ,but they are actually two forms of a larger phenomenon called complex adaptive systems, in which individual elements, parts or agents interact , then process information and adapt their behavior to changing conditions ,immune systems, ecosystems, Language, the Law and the Internet are all examples of complex adaptive systems.” Evonomics by Michael Shemer, Scientific American magazine January 2008 .
Here I can’t pass without emphasizing the individual’s individual act in response to the unique conditions and circumstances the individual finds himself in, never mind the dynamism and state of flux of the conditions beyond account due to the infinite number of variables acting and interacting at a particular point in time. It is not without reason that I wanted to emphasize on the indeterminable, it is rather to show why central economic planning failed and continues to fail. In an economy every individual is a player according to his/her individual unique and dynamic condition, unique and changing skill and individually unique talents in a uniquely individual place in time in the grand economic entity. In other word the grand economic entity is a grand sum total of these unique individuals whose unique circumstances are beyond determination by any grand central planner. There can be no greater lie than to claim to have a central plan that will account all the dynamic and flux needs and conditions of the individual elements of the entity than to let it flow according to the governing on the ground and instantaneous changing circumstances. I again remember a communist slogan that says “We will put nature under our control” only to be proved wrong many times over. We only know a piece of the totality of what nature has for us leave alone capture nature in its totality. This I hope will be just a little foot note to the Authors eloquent exposition of a grand topic as we all are individual footnotes to the totality of human knowledge and wisdom.

A year's slice.
A slice of time in the annals of human history
Just a descript piece of time,
An interval large enough. Yet small,
An expensive piece of time,
What a time! !
On the air waves, on the wire,
So much to Shaw, so much to see,
So much to tell, so much to hear!
By the second, by the minute,
Live it, do it, make, break it,
Sell it buy it, make profit,
By the second by the minute.
What an expensive piece of time,
What a slice what a piece.
Doing wonders and miracles,
Just in minutes in seconds,
What a slice what as piece!
On the air waves, on the wires,
On the oceans, on land mass,
On the river On the High seas,

The 3rd Leg

As we are all susceptible to some sort of periodic rituals, habits, norms and formally adopted rational activities and procedures I too am often stricken by the phenomenon despite my conscious efforts not to. Here comes an American quadrennial greatest rational act of politicking campaigns and voting that no rational citizen can and should his face and ears of and his /her fingers refrain from jotting some words, lips and tongue uttering some sounds on the general and particular affairs of things presented by the contending aspirants and others that simply are shoved under the rug. Like all having heard enough and not nearly enough or at all I found something that intrigued me and wanted to let it be known and see if it falls on some one's ears not that it mattered to me if it did, But because it felt to me that it ought be made , not that it has not been made clear already for I have witnessed before ideas spread at the speed of light even before the individual who conceptualized them takes them of his chest. It is just to remind we are in an age where we have information traveling not only at the speed light but ahead of it. If what I am about to write has been an established and written and narrated story, my apologies in advance for I had not known or encountered such a document and interpretation and I would have none other than a sincere gratitude to anyone who will enlighten me of such a prior existence if one wishes. If I may start with two quotes the story that I am about to tell, these two will stand out the most and may summarize it the best. “Politics is local” and “Epluribus unum”= from many one or one from many”. And the symbolisms of pyramid symbol the one the dollar bill and the Washington monument. From many to one and from one to many is in fact a description of the pyramid looked at from two vantage points from the top down or from down to top or if inverted it would be from one to many and from many to one if looked from below and then from above except that it won't be stable for it is needed that it be anchored on the many for stability. While our freedom and economy stands on its apex our democracy stands hierarchically on its base. It is a dual hour glass type relationship and synchrony where one is a mirror image of the other the mirror at the edge. From the multitudes of the citizens the most able, the most willing and the most extra ordinary ideals are chosen from the widest spectrum of ideological persuasions and run in what is called the primary campaigns on their own individual platforms prior to party conventions contrary to party formulated platforms. It was not it seems without thought to preempt the formation of multitudes of parties and political blocks that it was meant to be that way. Because all political blocks on both side if the great left right divide have and can run their candidate on their platform and test, stir and steer the waters. Thanks to the foresight and wisdom of those who formulated such a political equation the two legged three pronged American system has lasted as much as it did and it will for a foreseeable future without a need for a third suspended leg. When I mean suspended it is often does a good service to remember those third party and independent candidates that came and pass and ask where are they and why they did not make it anywhere in politics . It seems their national effort which lucked local constituents that are elected to office legislative executive or otherwise would look like a democracy standing on the apex of the pyramid that simply was not stable and durable and it wasn't never mind that they would have neither enacted nor enforced any of the policy initiatives promised by the campaigns just by being elected to the top executive office. This phenomenon of an independent candidate often creeps up during the quadrennial campaigns and dissipates in to the background and most of its issues and agendas taken up by lobbying groups and doing a much better job at getting it done. Lobby is one of the means where ideas and issues that are not aired or taken by the two parties are given due consideration and pushed in the legislative and executive bodies as a second preemptive strike against the 3rd or independent party formation out of the dissatisfied, disgruntled groups that lacked voices in the two parties platforms sparing the American system from fragile coalition governments that often fail before its term is up for ineptitude to govern which are prevalent in some of the matured western democracies. The other main point that may not be passed without being given due consideration when these third party or independent aspirants show up they have often showed up at the top and national level without due consideration to the local level constituencies and local level politics . Just like them third world political campaigns and elections where elections are often about the presidency and Primministership and then every power level will be filled from there down the line like the pyramid standing on its apex and very unstable for it is anchored on the individual that comes with an individual and goes with an individual. May be democracy should look at itself hard and determine whether it has to follow the natural course of growth from the simple to the complex, from the simple individual will, freedom and aspiration to the freedom of the multitudes and a freely elected individual and collective leadership out of them free or as is often the practice in a negation of natures order of things start from atop, the most complex, the few and an individual and trickle down to the bottom and the many in a self evidently failed effort. The struggle for the top post when everything else down the line is either ignored or deemed irrelevant the struggle would have been nothing more than a struggle between few who are endowed the might, the position and possession by simple accident or chance of being in time and place in a condition. Democracy’s full or partial for that matter realization demands and is strictly conditional upon the participation of the multitudes of citizens and building the institutions, mechanisms and instruments of implementation and execution from the very remote localities to the greater metropolises and capitals. As such it remains a dream that could only be realized by a hard work of building the so vital institutions from the bottom up and not by a heavenly intent and wish of an individual or group that often start from the pinnacle of power. These I feel is the endemic and systemic misunderstanding or intentional disregard that afflicts most 2nd and 3rd word aspiring democracies. Though the American system has dealt with it for centuries and simply acquired immunity, the fact that such a scenario by way of independent presidential aspirants often appears is a reminder and a lesson that could draw attention to the causes of democracy’s demise elsewhere and everywhere in the word and a reexamination of the practices of many the world over and our own stance in judgment. Why is democracy so fragile in Afghanistan? Why is it so hard to build it in Iraqi? Why was the Kenyan election so bloody in a country that has enjoyed peace and stability for so many years and served as a model for most Africans? All I suppose were pyramids standing on the apex. Was there an alternative? may be hard to answer and I dare not, But I am sure of one thing and that is, everything would have been different if the pyramids were standing on their bases.

Of matter from and in to nothingness
New Year 3651/4 days gone
Yet another one just began
To measure change that will happen
In another full global revolution
Around our warm, bright and beautiful sun
To give us an accounting of what will not and what will happen
To fill our statistical data of how many died and how many born
How many chromosomes fiuzed
And how many more discarded
How many molecules formed?
And how many more ionized.
With how many photons did we get bombarded?
And with how many neutrinos did we get passed
By how many types of waves were we reached
By how many did we get compressed?
And by what amount and how much did we get stretched.
What quantitative and qualitative change
Caused it, you, us and them
During this past one year term
And how much and what in the one to come
At the end of the New Year and the beginning of another
We shall take a count of all yays , nays and the number
Till then be gay and have a very, very happy New Year.

Nobody has to die while carrying the democratic will and aspirations of fellow citizens at the hands of such brutal nihilistic murderers. But if one has to die, what a better death than die while planting the immortal seed of democracy, fraternity, freedom and liberty in a soil drenched with one’s own blood. As often is the case, martyrs do more in their death to their enemy than when they are alive, she will sure do a million times more in her death to the enemies of the ideals she stood for. I am sure and everybody realizes as we all morn her death today we are sure the bearers of her ideals have doubled many folds and bow to keep her immortal ideals of human freedom and liberty alive.
May she rest in peace.

What is it that drives you on?
What is your inner motivation?
For going through the scrutiny

From us enlightened and lay men and women
Is it really because you feel you are the best there is

To bow down and lift the weight of collective will
To listen to us and to feel what we feel
To ask us where we want to be are where we want to go

We have often heard and listened what you would do and don’t

Where as I have retained a domicile of the Prince George’s county for the last 17 years and citizen of this great nation of ours for the last 22 years I have expected and achieved many of the things this nation promised and offered and failed in some that could be expected and should have been ascertained that prompted me to write this letter of appeal for a possible intervention. As it is customary, it is often the hard wrap that we citizens get that make us cry for your ears and help that incites us to contact you, and here you have it from one badly bitten up constituent of yours. Whereas I have been tormented, harasses, stacked, embezzled, robbed and bitten, as it is expected and as it is often done, I had made reports to the local police all or most of the incidents without hope of getting solution for the past incidents and abetment of future acts of crime. To date I found no vindication to past commitment of crimes against me or abetment to current ongoing acts of crime and lost hope in the possible curtailment of future acts as well. Whereas I clearly understand my duty to serve my country if needed and called up on, I simultaneously feel deeply that my rights and property ought be respected and defended. A citizen whose properties are not defended and whose rights are not respected should not be expected or called up on to serve for duty without right is servitude. As I strongly feel that the only one commodity humanity is willing to exchange her/his life for and had done so for millennia is her/his freedom, the gravity of any violations to any aspect of our freedom is clear to all without any verbal or other fanciful expressions. It deprives the very essence of living as nature has it in itself in all forms to either die or fight to death when deprived of its innate rights. As infringements on my property, civil rights and personal rights has become my staple and the local law enforcement are inept to alleviate or solve the problem, and in the face of ever continuing flagrant invasive and intrusive violations against me, all that is mine and I do: It has become clear to me that the problem is not going anywhere in light of my weakened economic and other means available to me without a help may be of you and your good offices power and authority.

Where as memory time and space does not suffice it to innumerate all the accounts of my grievances, I shall try to describe them as briefly as I can and leave the details of them to be available upon request.
A) Where as learning is a virtue and teaching a higher calling, when consent and direct two way communications between the two parties is absent. It violates the very foundation of learning and it would only serve either in apparent creation of a sense of entitlement and a sense and reality of duty without rights on the one or the other party when such a direct communication lucking in spite of the well meant and very good intentions. Whereas the teacher or a student is and should be entitled to a private and public acknowledgement for her/his mental or other works. You know better than I, that the absence of such an acknowledgement engenders a host parasite/host relation that corrodes social and personal well being of the individuals or groups involved. I have been locked up in such a relationship with out my consent or intent with people who are much stronger, much organized and with much greater means than I, and I need your help.
B) Where as I believe anything that is done and said with an intent and purpose of service to country in the defense of human freedom and wellbeing is vitreous, when and if anything done in the guise of service lucks accountability, sense of direction by way of inputs, consent and will of the actors on the theater, it becomes a chaotic anomalous disturbance to nowhere and about nothing instead of the synchronous targeted effective persecution of an objective. Whereas audits may be worthwhile necessary preoccupations, but if one looses the rights to one’s audits, how different would it be from losing one’s prized property? Whereas prior consent and agreement is a social legal norm of conducting any for profit or nonprofit business, absent such pre agreement and consent, if and when a work mental or physical is directly or indirectly forced on someone by the use of God given and natural abilities and utensil creations of human ingenuity, how difficult could it be to see the parallels between classical slavery and this kind of modern day bondage? Such a usurpation of my work without prior legal or other agreements and without my consent authorized or implied is the case I bring before you for possible reclaim and future curtailment.
C) Where as I think and believe reporting crime committed against one or the other to the police for a remedial or diagnostic counter measures, failure to garner sympathy leave alone solutions and abatement to repetitive criminal violations against me and lose of hope and confidence again is the cause for this appeal letter just in case you will be able to do something about it and I am sure you can and you will.
D) Where as personal privacy of fellow citizens is one of the corner stone’s of our bill of rights, mine has been diminished to the point of non existence by some invisible untouchables of means and power for reasons not yet clear to me, but clearly not rational enough. Whereas when a crime is committed by one, it is often the norm to lose a fraction or some of the constitutionally guaranteed rights upon indictment or conviction, it is another to lose any or a fraction without even a formal allegation or arrest as is the case for me, where I feel as a non convicted convict in a jail house without even a formal indictment or court proceedings that I will like you to feel my feeling and act on my plight.
E) Where as modern technological advances had made many high-tech high end tools and gadgetry to people of money, means and ingenuity for good and novel use from medical to industrial productions, it is no news to you that the same tools and instruments could and are being used in manners and ways that are totally and completely incompatible to modern norms and ways (you may call it savagery in modernism and backwardness in modern advance). Whereas their capability to reach, see, hear, and deliver has been enhanced to such an extent, if by intent or by mere accident a wrongfully targeted individual or group by a legal entity or illegal groups or individual could suffer lethal and devastating and irreversible blows. Light and sound wave instruments being among the ones that are extensively used by the medical practitioners, in the hands of untrained ill intended individuals the measure of harm and damage they could do is clear to you than I and I have been and am subjected to deployment of such intrusive gadgets and tools by people who had the means and the organization and I stand in a living testimony to the devastating effects of such gadgetry.
F) Where as the internet and the cyber technology has enabled and enthroned as many, it need no telling you or anyone else that it as well enthroned and enshrined fraud, extortion, embezzlement, theft and recently blackmail and harassment. Where as one of the greatest freedoms entertained and practiced by this nation is the freedom to freely worship the God or no God of one’s personal choice, any effort or intent to coerces one in to worshiping a God or religion of preference by any means and way, I for one feel counters the same fundamentals. I have suffered a tremendous amount by such coercive tactics and am suffering and demand its abetment and ask of your help.
G) Where as the entertainment industry is vitally important to the well being and is a vital form of social expression the loss of the individuals right for the mere entertainment value to the public is a highly slippery road to individual civil and human rights that ought be seen with care and diligence. Whereas actors, directors, auditors and writers and everyone else involved in a film or any other media production their relative position, rights and duty are clearly demarcated and legally defined, it sounds to me something to have seriously gone wrong when any local villager demands an action on a scene without any of the legally binding agreements and role allocations and without any accountability by the action calling individual or group with an ear piercing sonar sound or skin pinching laser. Whereas some things rather remain classified for the purpose and with intent of the public good, limitations ought to be drown as to when the balance tilts in favor of declassification for the sake of the observance of the individual’s right against the public’s interest for classification. After all the public is a collection of individuals and a collection of free individuals is freer than a free collection. Where as a collection of free individual’s guarantees a free collection it can be argued that a free collection cannot guarantee all free members of a collection. Where the night and the bush has become a hiding cover, the car an escaping chariot, and the wall a protective shield; Answer me if you will, do we have to suffer such humiliation as individuals without the exorbitant means to protect ourselves against these local brute brats outlaws?!
H) Where as it is expected that all the causes of my grievance to ease and help to have been forth coming after and due to the plight I had made to all and everyone concerned and duty bound to see to the well being of any citizen. It is unprecedented to be faced with an escalation of abuse, torment, harassment and extortion to such a level of total physical social and psychological decapitation as a result may be of my appeal for help for there are indications that lead in the direction by way of whistling and the like. The gravity of the circumstance have become such that intrusive interferences and coercive efforts have escalated from audio and video illusive tactics to chemical, physical and medical intrusive interferences that I have become a living cadaver on whom medical autopsy is being performed every night from the tip of my finger nails to the tip of my head hairs. To know may be all and none of what I might have been mad of and evolved to be despite my understanding and full knowledge that I am an ordinary person living and leading an ordinary life. I will leave to the concerned and diligent reader of this plight, to imagine and calculate the lasting and temporary medical, psychological, economic, social and moral coast of such belligerence and disregard for the well being and right of a fellow human being and simply say once again and for ever more stop and help stop this scourge. Be mindful of the fact that even things made of iron and steel have malleability and ductility limits that they simply yield and break in time under pressure, leave alone me who is made of flesh, bones and blood. And I beg all not to let it break for every ill that begets one begets everyone else and will not be limited to one in form and content however small. As it is clear that we do not let others do unto anyone what we do not let others do unto us, but if we do, it will or sure could be done unto us as well. Thus It would be every once moral imperative to see to it that these acts are stopped as all morality ultimately is nothing other than being placed in the shoes of the other and fell the joy and agony he feels as that is a certain possibility for its direct and indirect effects to reach every one if let stand
I) Whereas refusal to succumb to coercion and intimidation are not only practices entertained and forced it has become rather the way my complaints are being answered. Physical torture and mutilation has become pervasive to the extent one disbelieves one lives under the laws this nation and in this nation. Identity theft web de-froudment and domain usurpation for material theft, psychological, medical and physical manipulation has been escalated to the extent one could easily loose once sanity and resort to insanely ways and means. The mention and invocation of scientific, biblical and political who is who of this nation and others in apparent effort to make one submit to the empty and meaningless phrases and statements ever broadcast via the internet, the telephone and the television and other hidden audio and video transmitters simply defies any norm I had known in my 52 years of living on this Earth. It would have mattered less if the abuses were confined to broadcasts devoid of physical harm ,but the fact remains their acts are not limited to the physically harmful ,but it has become increasingly downright toxic and lethal as my cry for help and my written expose of the crime continues. In spite of my grand effort to avert, restraint and defend this atrocious indiscretions the determination to physically and mentally undermine, incapacitate, render me irrelevant by chemical, light, audio and electronic and electrical instruments have increasingly become unmatchable by my individual means and ability. As it is the sole intent of the state and the social contract to come to the aid of the individuals need when and if the individual is not able to defend himself and stand for himself. I had before and I still appeal for help again and for ever more from the authorities for the abatement and permanent solution to this scourge.
As it was not a long time ago that I made these appeal to whom it might have concerned, yet I am not sure to date that it had fallen on at least sympathetic ears or if it had at all fallen on some ones ear and caught an eye it ought be none other than the eyes of my tormentors, and they do seem to have both the means and the organization and the power to either cover every ones eye and deafen every body’s ears or simply make it invisible and in audible as they often do. It have been clear to me as I had made it clear from the outset that these definitely are organized are endowed with the capacity to wreck havocke on any one who simply refuses to surrender to their intimidation, coercions black mail, suggestive and implicative moves and tactics. Their exploitative tactics of hacking in to my work and my life is not enough it have now become a way of life for me to live to expect an unwanted visitors with their stunt guns and laser guns, sound guns lenses and mirrors if and as soon as I start working on anything of value that I have given up on doing anything including reading in my own privacy at work or residence. That is the freedom I am enjoying in the land of the free and home of the brave and indeed I clearly see the bravery and the freedom the extortionists, thieves and tugs are entertained with and only wonder if that is what it takes to make it anywhere. It is even funny and ironic that all the laws of privacy, civil and the rest of them all combined apply only to those who respect them and the greater desire to abide by them while the other parties make a total mockery of them and get rewarded even better, and think maybe that is the bravery and the freedom of action and thought that is reiterated in the national anthem or is there that I am missing and still beg an explanation from all the free and the brave to dare and tell me the raw truth .Believe me I can stand to bear the raw truth if I were able to carry all that I had written and said above. I am dealing and confronted with a group and an organization that had made it its true mission to cause any harm, physical psychological, social and monetary to get their way across, their miracles accepted to be the norm and a complete submission to their will which they equate it to the will of their creator. Such are the idiosyncrasies that are entertained by these groups and tugs that I simply say, I can’t stand them anymore and still demand and ask the resolution of this matter before some on innocent get terminally heart. This is not a game this is not entertainment, it is not educational and it is not even funny or serious it just is outright criminal, destructive, parasitic, and predatory that ought be stopped and stopped now!!!
II) It is with such people who relent no less than seeing what they wish and believe realized by any and all means that they might be willing to do any and every thing including and not limited at all by fear of God or Law . They had rather believed that they are the law and the God they proclaim to have believed in whose name they think can kill and get away with as they have often done. They often employ and manipulate air, sound and light as their weapons of murder and torture that are often easily concealed from the victims , officers of the law and the general public that they have often are dubbed the miracle makers and their murderous acts miracles.
III) As we read this letter I am under fire and being assaulted by the same tugs and gangsters with instruments of teaser, laser, stunt guns and sonar. It would be hard for me to imagine who would provide them all these gadgets and instruments of assault and decapitation and lament as to why the school behind my residence is their staging ground. Taking about the school it has over the years have not only been complacent but complicit and active in organizing and leading an army of elementary school kids in shoot him and shout him down mob like acts under the hidden act of god knows what. The school yard after 6 or 7 o clocks turns in to a shooting range every night and the shootings every night accompanied with incomprehensible mumbo jumbo have escalated to a point where one can’t simply ignore it and hope that it will somehow subside or disappear on its own. It has become rather clear and is made more than ever more and more blunt in its motive of intimidation and harassment to bring those of us in to conformity with some of the widely held beliefs and norms out of fear or rob us of our measured intellectual and physical labor’s fruits and they have often made that clear by their open and flagrant plagiarisms. The effort to dictate their will, desire and need has become more and more physical as opposed to the psychological, material, and subliminal it has started out with. The amount of physical punch by electrical sonar and laser jolts they deliver has steadily increase as to either physically, mentally or psychologically and monetarily incapacitate .The one surprising irritant to them as is often indirectly indicated by their ever increasing intensity of their deplorable practices seems the inability of their actions ineffectualness to the degree they believed it should. These indeed are relentless tugs that ought to be stopped by all means for it they can do it to one they sure will do it to many but only in time. Above everything else their effort to make their treason-some acts as though they came about by the wrath of God or are of natural causes and hid themselves from any kind of responsibility is an ultimate criminal act of cowardice. I am sure many will agree that there are no some men who are ridden like horses and others who ride them, and there are no masters and slaves or servants for we are all created equal, but with varied interests and skills talents and gifts , rolls and positions no one else’s more important than anybody else for the social machine only works or moves not with one part missing and we are all parts of one national social machine. I demand and expect my roll and everyone else’s roll be respected and acknowledged as I will do so instead of the nonsensical degrading and belittling disrespect of the arrogant hooliganism which has become a staple of mine these days.

A misunderstood or perhaps as well misguided use of “Traditional” to mean “National”
I confess me to join the great international carouse of lauding the recent mediation that resulted in the release considerable number of prisoners of conscience in Ethiopia. I as well would like to congratulate all who have worked hard for such a climax’s realization if at all; my layman’s congratulations meant anything. In reminiscing the last 20 months in the Chapters of Ethiopian history there are two things that come to my mind and give me hope and jubilation in what is to transpire tomorrow in this nation that began with the beginnings of nations and lasted to celebrate its 3rd millennium birth date. For the first time in many decades may be in a century it had acquired a leadership that has been tested through defeats and triumphs, torments and celebrations, comforts and collective and individual good times and bad. Time and conditions have created at last a leadership that had stood up to the task and pass the challenges of the time and condition in space. Only those who had been endowed with such responsibility and burden and pass the test be granted the whole thrust of the people whom they bowed to lead and this I feel have been to a degree un seen before realized. As is often the case those who haven’t taken the test and passed it or those who hadn’t taken it at all either remain in the relative obscurity or flicker and disappear, only those who dared and persevered won the hearts and minds of their compatriots. The second point that strikes a chord is that thrust is not that is granted just for the asking, but has to be earned and this leadership has indeed earned better than most in recent history of this nation and people had mustered. In conclusion here I would just like to say that mutual trusting relationship between this leadership and the people have been crated and it sure is going to last a long time and pass on to the very topic that initiated me to write this piece.
“Every politics is local” is a beautiful and true to what it says American saying. In deed principle may be Universal and Global, but practice is individual and local, this is what comes to mind when the current or current past “traditional mediation” methods that was instrumental in securing the release of considerable number of prisoners of conscience in Ethiopia. As traditions are evolving in time it is an inevitability that they modernize and become non traditions or modernism takes over and modernism is a consequence of cross traditions, cross boundary, cross cultural, cross national and cross racial relationships and communications I am afraid if there is such a thing called ours alone tradition and theirs alone tradition in this time and age and I feel that the emphasis may have been misplaced. Mediation between contending parties by independent or non partisan groups is I am afraid an international or global phenomenon than it is an African only, an Asian only, an American only or European only domain that undue emphasis was given to it I feel as by the likes of Dr. Mamo Muche. On the contrary there is something to be lauded and may be audaciously boisterous about is the fact that national and local figures have been elevated to the point of being knowledgeable and capable of understanding and resolving the issues of national intra and inter political party contentions. Though it is hard to refute the degree of sophistication, intellectual depth and the high national and international regard these mediators muster and call them traditional by any measure of tradition may seem somewhat troubling. Yet the acceptance of such a distinguished national group as mediators of a grave national issue by the current government and the contending parties is a monumental step towards self confidence and may be self sufficiency for no one knows the local circumstances and conditions than the locals themselves. It has been somewhat mentioned about modern legalistic approach of modern day Africans to things contrary to traditional approaches in Dr. Mamo’s article and wondered if I say a word or two and fade. The American way of trial by jury attests the same fact that it is the locals to the place o incident and the peers of the villains and victims that best know the circumstances and conditions of the incident from the victims and villains point of views to make a sound judgment a case. I am sure that the parallels are such that I need say much. At last and again Politics is local and that is how it ought to be seen that indeed was the new beginning if any. I remain corrected if I am wrong then now and always.

A will that defies the power of torture.
A will that defies the power of torture, torment and turmoil as it had always
won, it has once again triumphed. A clear conscience, a stand on the side of truth often traverses a long treacherous path before it lights the torch of freedom in victory. Today I see the flickering light of freedom in Ethiopia and it indeed is going to take some work and some time to see it bloom in full. Here it would be unfair to pas this moment and opportunity without congratulating all those who had worked so hard on the side of conscience and freedom and those who went to jail for their sanity and clarity of their conscience. This congratulation goes without saying as well to those who had been the instruments and powers on the other side, for them to have their conscience and future freedom to spare. The politics of tolerance is only possible if every player has in one the serious intent and belief in what he does and not to do harm to the other that by default would do away with vindictive counter acts and fear of revenge. These more than often have been the hardest realizations that had set parties and groups in a path of constant bloodletting fights and conflicts even over differences that warrant not fighting, but serious and light discussions. I feel encouraged and I am sure many Ethiopians will, by the courage and spine the government had manifested and the strength of those who had suffered the long arduous prison sentences, both for themselves and for the Ethiopians. Those who had been imprisoned paid for their freedom as it always and often is the case and those who had their bloodshed, did so as it is always blood that is the ultimate price to pay for freedom; if and only if the lessons are learned and future payment of such a heavy price and coast are abetted. I am sure as once is enough, twice is too much and three times superfluous, this to be the last time that political differences are settled with such an unbearable coast and price in this land and nation.

So it is reported that the use of progesterone after menopause helps reduce cholesterol and pluck build up in women endowed with longevity. It is even suggested that the cancer risks that sent fear shock waves among women that had taken and were taking post menopause hormone replacement therapy are outweighed by the benefits begotten. It is by no means the first time or will it ever be the last time that new discoveries and revelations reverse long held believes and norms that this new light should astonish us, but there always exists far reaching reason for an initiation and cessation a process and a being. Nature and natural processes are interplays and intra-plays between and among parties and parts every party and part causing and effecting and being affected as it traverses through time in space. As exact and as calculable as experimental science is and as relativistic as exactness is it often what is beyond the relative certainty that interests me the most as we all are inclined. We don’t often live for what we have or are not even satisfied with what we know and what is, but what will be and what we will. When we find what we hadn’t and didn’t, it often turns head on its feet what we had known and had. This is so because there are often infinite number of parties and parts in the interplay and intra-play for everything that has been, is and will be. The roll playing and assigned parties and parts rarely and often never reveal themselves all at a time in a place, but rather one, two or a few at a time shading light to one ,two or a few of the dark sides of a reality as it has been known to date. The reality of life is interplay and intra-play of infinite micro and macro mechanical, chemical and electrical machines in synch and in rhythm where every parts and party’s synchrony and asynchrony is programmed to the enhancement or determent some other or all in the system. It is often the causality and effectuality of every party to the reality of the other that is overlooked and could not be understood and determined for the parts and parties, the interplays and intra-plays range from reasonably observable and simple to infinitesimally small, infinitesimally complex and infinitely large. As hard as it is to have to reverse a thought and belief held about a reality long held, this reversal and every new change is never the end for knowledge and revelations of reality are trickle downs in time. So long as time doesn’t cease so will the trickle down of knowledge making us reverse and counter reverse our understanding of reality in synch and in rhythm with space in time and condition. No surprises in the surprise only a little reversal of the many that nature, reality and the future has kept for us in stack.

It often is the rule than the exception to do away with despair that plagued a society, a community, a nation and The Glob and often think of better days and work hard towards its realization. Such is the most common human aspiration filled with the optimism of a freer, more prosperous and more fraternal tomorrow and beyond. Humanity in its day to day activities has indeed and will always create a better tomorrow with some exceptional aberrant circumstances at some unusual places by some wicked individuals and groups. As unfortunate as it is, it is with in human nature to be wicked and ill intended few of the times in few places by few of us, though most of us are well intended and righteous by nature and by destiny. As much as we hate to make the truth a numbers game we cannot escape the fact that the truth remains what is complimented by most than by few , as such the truth held by most remains and rules till such time that the truth held by the minority overturns the numbers game and when and if it does that truth hurts not. These are the rules of the game humanity is playing by and is learning to play by. Thos who have not yet learned the rules of the game and are not even willing to learn diehard wicked are though doomed to fail , they could and are able to cause temporary despair, when and if they are accorded with power and capability. We have been and are an unfortunate witnesses too often and too many times at too many places such wickedness cast shadow on peoples aspirations, cause deprivation against peoples hope of prosperity, servitude against peoples struggle for freedom, enmity against peoples innate feeling and need for fraternity and homogeneity against the needs of people for diversity. Knowing the latter are the truth held by the majority of humanity if and when faced with degenerates & paranoid schizophrenics who counter these reality, despair no more! Knowing in your heart of hearts and in your mind that they will run out of air soon and perish for theirs is an uphill battle while yours is down.
Despite your temporary defeat

It is often customary to find knowledge in ignorance and ignorance in enlightenment, maybe it is the fact of reality that it exists with its own antinomy, though both faces of its reality fully illuminated unlike the penumbra that often follows an expose or research work. Often do we observe that what needed a clear understanding and clarification glossed over and what needed less or no explanation given undue emphasis or overstretched description and explanation? As wrong as I could possibly be I could not resist myself from airing and making it known that there seemed to be much greater to it than what is explained and written in the paper about Global warming and the environmental discourse as presented on a recent issue of Scientific American magazine. It would be appropriate, it seems to consider all the laws of science than one branch of science for one segment of the discussion and another for some other phenomenon, as the causes of every effect are often diverse and complex than simple and linear demanding of the interplay between comprehensive multifaceted disciplines of knowledge in our efforts to shed the full light for a complete or near complete understanding. It needs no saying and explanation that all we studied and acquired knowledge and know how is a study of our environment and what it does, how it does, when it does, where it and to whom it does what it does. Nothing we know fails outside of its sphere and it is the maker and breaker of all and everything there is near and far, close and distant. Everything is affected by it, everything affects it, everything is affected by it, and it affects everything and that may be the reason why it is often a precise quantification and prediction is difficult and will remain so may be forever if not for a foreseeable future. From the smallest of known sub-atomic material forms to the largest of it all, the Grand Universe, lies a whole multitude and array of sub environmental categories intertwined and interactive effecting and being affected by every seemingly trivial and significant jitter, explosion and implosion according to its proximity, size and other known and yet unknown factors.. As the environment is an all encompassing totality, anything in this totality small and large, simple and complex, as it is a result of it results in setting it and resetting as well. Above and beyond anything else the environment here and there and everywhere is in a dynamic perpetual state flux and change. If truncated in small parts and if seen in its totality as everything in nature happens and follows the long established rule of cyclic rhythms so does the environment. As it is often misunderstood, a cyclic event in nature is not a complete identical circle of repetitions rather a cycle of a different diameter and circumference as dictated by the ever expansion of the Universe and as indicated by the vectoral helix of DNA. As cyclic as the environment may be, it is therefore, may be inappropriate to expect a direct repetition of what has happened last cycle to happen this time all over again in all its forms and content, yet be sure of the coming of another cycle, as demanded by the natural law of progress, growth and development compliant to the ever expanding universe, and on that lies the greatest hope and promise of man in the certainty of another coming . Having said enough as a prelude to what is to be said and what has already been said I would turn to the ideas and thoughts documented that I wanted my layman’s view of them and questions I have of them known, as one persons answers raises some one ell’s curious mind to questions farther and beyond, and every fine finish by one a mere course beginning for the other , I too have some questions and may be extensions to the fine conclusions arrived at by the author of the article I am about to discuss “Abrupt climate change “ by Richard Alley. I had by in large have no disagreement to the predictions made and the historical accounts of the article except that I found it somewhat inadequate in its attributes to the causes of the predicted and realized climatic conditions namely global warming. As the human factor in the warming effect of the glob is over emphasizes there appears to me an under emphasis in other factors mainly above and beyond human will and ability like the plate tectonics, volcanoes, earths orbital shift, erosion and shift in the earth’s center of mass due to Earth’s internal dynamism and external mass movement by many living and none living operators not limited to humans alone. As human farming has a devastating effect on the forests it as well as by the very warming effect prolonged the green periods of the year by delayed winter and earlier springs added with the green fruit plants that replaced the original nonfarm trees, the only negatives of farming may be in the deforestation for plots of grain and ranch with a very linear look not withstanding that they too have their own complicated accounts of pros and cons. Even the very cyclic happenings to have been expected to merely duplicate a previous cycle, to me underscores the fact that the whole Universe has been and is undergoing changes that ought be taken in to account and that would have added an insurmountable task of quantification and prediction, indispensable and considerable nonetheless. As much as it is human aspiration to avert, divert, change and improve what seems and proved to be a disastrous course, it is also prudent to adjusts to what is rather destined in order to get sustenance, as change is a universal destiny than it is a choice.
